Pressor: Our Customers' Questions

What are the measurement accuracy and ranges for the Pressor sensor?
Pressor delivers high-precision readings across all three measurement channels: pressure, temperature, and relative humidity. The pressure sensor includes thermal compensation to maintain accuracy across the full operating temperature range. Detailed specifications for each channel, including full-scale range and resolution, are available in the product datasheet.
How do I configure the alarm thresholds on Pressor?
Alarm thresholds are fully programmable on each measurement channel through the configuration interface. You define upper and lower limits for pressure, temperature, and humidity, and Pressor will automatically broadcast alarm notifications on the CAN bus when any threshold is exceeded. This enables autonomous monitoring without continuous supervision from a central controller.
Can I customize the CAN message format and transmission frequency?
Yes. Pressor allows full customization of its CAN bus output, including the message ID, data format, byte ordering, and transmission cycle time. This flexibility ensures seamless integration into any existing CAN network, regardless of the protocol conventions used by your other devices.
What level of environmental protection does Pressor offer for industrial installations?
Pressor is housed in a compact and rugged enclosure specifically designed for demanding industrial environments. It withstands vibrations, temperature extremes, and electromagnetic interference typical of hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC installations. Contact our engineering team for detailed ingress protection ratings and installation guidelines for your specific application.
